Raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Lugo developed a lifelong appreciation for the power of connection and the importance of being truly present with patients. After years of practicing in large healthcare systems, he founded Stellar Primary Care to create a more human-centered experience—where patients feel heard, valued, and respected.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Lugo is an avid endurance athlete who has completed Ironman triathlons and marathons. He enjoys pushing limits and lives the active lifestyle he encourages in his patients.
